Terms of Use

This software is proprietary and is NOT open source.

Free Tier

The Free tier of this software is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use, subject to the feature limitations defined within the software (including daily click limits and restricted access to premium features).

Premium Tier

Premium features require a valid license key purchased from the official vendor. License keys are:

• Non-transferable
• Tied to a limited number of device installations as specified at purchase
• Valid for the duration specified at purchase (monthly or lifetime)

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove, bypass, or circumvent license validation mechanisms
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software or license keys
• Share license keys between users or organizations
• Use the software in violation of applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the licensor. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
