NOTE: This software is a "power tool" for developers. It automates actions in your IDE.By using this software, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying code changes. We are not responsible for broken builds, data loss, or production issues caused by AI-generated code that was auto-accepted.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AutoAccept.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software. The license is restricted to the number of devices specified in your plan.

3. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

5. AI Autonomy, Safeguards & Operational Risks

While the Software incorporates 'Safeguard' mechanisms designed to monitor execution flows, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that these measures are not infallible. AutoAccept.ai does not guarantee that these Safeguards will detect or prevent 100% of malicious, destructive, or erroneous commands.

You understand that the use of autonomous AI agents involves inherent risks, including the potential for destructive data loss (e.g., recursive deletion of unsecured local repositories) or system malfunction due to bugs within the AI's generated logic. The Software is provided as a tool solely to automate the 'Accept' interaction; it does not validate, sanitize, or assume responsibility for the code or commands executed by the AI.

Furthermore, the default 'blocklist' of destructive commands provided with the Software is not exhaustive. It is your sole responsibility to configure, maintain, and expand this list to block commands deemed dangerous for your specific environment. The functional guarantee of this Software is strictly limited to the automation of the 'Accept' input. AutoAccept.ai assumes no liability for any actions performed by the AI agent, including but not limited to file deletion, system modification, or unintended code execution.

6. Limitation of Liability
